As part of the clearance we can also clean the inside of the house to sale presentation level. Our service includes disposal of rubbish, cleaning of floors, walls, cupboards, fires, ovens, and windows inside & out.
It wouldn't be much of a service if we didn't deal with the grounds, gardens and lawns. We will ensure the gardens, lawns, driveways and paths are all bought up to a presentable level.
Many of our customers live out of town or do not have enough time to keep the property up to presentable level during the sale of property. We will ensure windows are kept clean, lawns mowed, and gardens weeded.
