Our intention is to provide you with good value however this may not always seem the case. While it is obvious, there are additional costs that are easily forgotten and effect what we can pay, costs associated with collection of items, the items are second hand, and that we need to include a profit margin. The more valuable the items (art, jewellery and antiques etc) the easier we can absorb costs and the more we can pay you.
