Onsite assessment includes travel, two staff for up top an hour, and is charged at $275+gst paid in advance.

During the initial visit you will receive guidance, highlighting items of strong value and those that may need further investigation or formal valuation.

Following the meeting we will electronically present you with details on how we can help, often including an agreement offer to manage the estate clearance with additional cleanup options.

Travel more than 15km from our office in Papanui may attract additional fees. Estates located outside of Christchurch may also require accommodation & meals.
